Workshops & Conferences
- Data-Driven Chaos Indicator for Nonlinear Dynamics: Presented at the 3rd ICFA Beam Dynamics Mini-Workshop on Machine Learning Applications for Particle Accelerators (Palmer House Hilton, Chicago, IL). This presentation focused on accelerator science and machine learning applications.
- Workshop on Accelerator Operations (WAO), 2018 - The OpCenter: Presented insights on the NSLS-II Operations Center (OpCenter).
Community Engagement
Educational Contributions
- Deliver science presentations to schools and local organizations, inspiring the next generation to explore STEM fields.
- Share insights from my work on accelerator physics, AI, and environmental science.
Environmental Advocacy
- Volunteer with the Manhasset Bay Protection Committee and other environmental initiatives.
- Participate in ecological restoration activities, including horseshoe crab tagging, quail releases, and beach cleanups.

- Former volunteer and board member of the Science Advocacy of Long Island (SALI).
- Member of the American Physical Society.
- Member of the Planetary Society, supporting planetary exploration initiatives.
- Member of the Cetacean Society, dedicated to the protection and research of whales, dolphins, and porpoises.
Family Involvement
- Engage in local school events as a parent, supporting STEM outreach and fostering curiosity in young minds.
Humanitarian Contributions
- Sponsor and assist Ukrainian refugees, providing guidance to navigate social programs and supporting resettlement.
- Offer translation assistance in Spanish and some Russian to help immigrants access resources and achieve citizenship.
- Provided consulting and IT support for organizations and private companies outside the DOE, contributing to multidisciplinary problem-solving.
